About the Role

We’re expanding our Summit (Finastra) practice and looking for experienced Functional or Technical Consultants to join our international team.

Whether you want to work on project delivery , provide expert support , or help us train new Summit resources , we have flexible collaboration models for you — remote or hybrid , part-time or full-time .

If you have a strong background in capital markets, treasury, or derivatives , and hands-on experience with Finastra Summit , this is your opportunity to be part of a growing fintech-consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and document business requirements across FX, IRD, MM, credit, repos, and fixed income products.
  • Map business needs to Summit functionalities , identify system gaps, and design solutions.
  • Configure and support Summit modules : Trade Entry, Settlements, Confirmations, Collateral, Accounting, Risk .
  • Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, scripts, and data integrations between Summit and other systems.
  • Participate in upgrades and migrations , including patch and hotfix deployment.
  • Support regulatory and market initiatives (IBOR fallback, clearing, collateral optimization).
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning .
  • Create functional & technical documentation , test plans, and training materials.
  • (If joining as a Trainer ) : Deliver training sessions, mentor junior consultants, and help build our internal Summit academy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working with Finastra Summit (Functional or Technical).
  • Deep understanding of Front-to-Back trade lifecycle and financial instruments.
  • Experience with Summit scripting, SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL , and APIs or message queues (MQ, JMS) .
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze logs, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering , or related field.

    • Nice to Have

  • Finastra Certified Associate – Fusion Summit (Functional / Technical)
  • Experience with Summit upgrades , performance tuning, or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of collateral management, IBOR transition, or risk reporting .
  • Previous experience mentoring or training Summit consultants.
