Commercial Leadership Opportunity
A dynamic leader is sought to lead all commercial operations for an oncology portfolio across Spain. Reporting to the EU Head for Commercial, this individual will play a critical role in driving strategic direction, market access, sales, and marketing efforts across Spain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic commercial strategies and key tactics for both pre-launch and post-launch phases.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, establishing clear sales strategies and measuring performance.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, driving brand positioning and market adoption.
- Lead market access efforts, including pricing, reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement with key decision-makers in the Spanish healthcare system.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant leadership roles in sales, marketing, and market access within the EU oncology market.Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate across various functions and geographies.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans across a multi-country region.Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; additional European language skills are a plus.This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned commercial leader to drive growth and success in the Spanish market.
