We are looking for We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - French Speaking (m / w / d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc. Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us mantain our 0 churn rate Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth.
