We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Marbella (Costa del Sol).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals.
• Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers.
• Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
• Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
• Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology.
• Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.
• Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
• Apply internal procedures regarding anti-money laundering and personal data protection.
