Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our paid marketing engine and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. You’ll own our ad campaigns on Google and Meta, experiment with new growth levers, and help us optimize the full funnel, from ad click to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions
- Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert
- Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality
- Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint
- Managing lead flows in HubSpot and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
- Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environmentWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion trackingStrong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platformsA data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fastSome experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metricsCurious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating oftenExcellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity, tone, and precisionBonus : experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, AirtableWhy you’ll love working with us
