IT Program & Delivery Senior Manager

Responsibilities Roadmap Assessment & Feasibility Study :

Conduct thorough reviews of the already agreed-upon Convergence roadmap for Cobee.

Perform on-site assessments with local teams & relevant team of experts to understand & secure proper delivery.

Identify potential gaps between the current state and target solutions. Manage dependencies.

Communicate findings and proposed adjustments on scope, timelines, budgets, and key dependencies to the Convergence Team.

Plan and schedule the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Execution Planning :

Mobilize resources across various business functions required for project execution.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.

Program Delivery & Oversight :

Coordinate and manage transversal teams across various departments.

Monitor and manage projects progress against established plans.

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Profile & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

7+ years of professional experience in complex international Program and / or Delivery Management roles.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certification is a plus.

Fluent in English (must) and Spanish (must). French would be a plus.
