Senior Technical Consultant

Analyze business requirements and design efficient information systems. Develop, test, and implement software solutions under supervision.

Meet with users to discuss needs and generate functional specifications.

Create technical documentation based on analysis of business functions.

Program modifications, new custom transactions, utilities, and reports.

Conduct system tests with supervisor and lead computer users support.

Prepare end-user documentation and training programs.

Ensure compliance with security policies for production systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in technical environment and software utilized.

3 years experience in computer systems, programming, and application concepts.

Key Accountabilities

Meet with users of assigned functional areas to discuss business needs and procedures.

Program modifications, new custom transactions, utilities, and reports.

Perform system tests with the support of supervisor and lead computer users of the developed applications.

Prepare end-user documentation. Establish training programs and provide training for users.

Work with and guide SQA Engineers for validating the developed programs.

Ensure compliance with security policies for the acquisition, design, development, operation, administration, and maintenance of production systems, operating systems, control of networks and communication systems, databases, and related technological resources.
