As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Outsourcing area. You will have the opportunity to participate in national and international projects, access a personalized career and training plan, and be part of a trusting, respectful, and informal work environment.

• Key Responsibilities Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area;
• Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings;
• Present the company portfolio to prospects;
• Manage and follow up on client accounts;
• Follow up with candidates and support interviews;
• Lead the IT Consultants team;

Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants.
