We are looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to manage and grow our affiliate network. This role is responsible for driving performance across both existing and new affiliates while ensuring full compliance with local regulations. The Affiliate Coordinator will also collaborate closely with internal teams to align affiliate activities with overall business goals.

What you will be doing

Manage the performance of assigned affiliates and ensure delivery against KPIs.

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with top affiliates.

Identify high-value affiliates and optimize partnerships for maximum ROI / ROAS.

Negotiate deal structures to secure competitive terms.

Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and review affiliate content and placements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

New Business Development : Source and onboard new affiliates across casino and sportsbook verticals.

Guide affiliates through onboarding and due diligence processes.

Track and analyze traffic fluctuations, particularly for SEO affiliates, to maximize performance.

Benchmark competitors to identify gaps and new opportunities.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting.

Work closely with the CRM team to align affiliate campaigns with retention initiatives.

Provide market insights to support the company’s overall affiliate strategy.
