Your Role at a Leading Hospitality Group

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Leader to manage and continuously improve all aspects of our operations.

Main Responsibilities Manage implementation, support, and project management teams across different regions.

Identify areas of operational and technical optimization, lead such initiatives.

Support the Director in other business administration tasks.

Some travel is required, about 4 times a year.

Requirements Experience in hotel distribution industry.

Experience running a support operation.

Experience in managing teams across different cultures.

Technical experience in API integrations, connectivity.

Chinese language skills highly preferred.
