Overview Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of the small and mid-sized cities in Europe.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in keeping our aircrafts safe, compliant, and reliable. That’s the challenge and excitement of being a Airworthiness (CAMO) Engineer at Volotea!

Responsibilities Ensuring Compliance & Airworthiness : analyze, review, and distribute Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (VSBs), and other OEM documentation to ensure compliance across our fleet.

Creating & Managing Technical Documentation : issue engineering orders and bulletins, administer and distribute technical documentation for aircraft, powerplants, and nacelles, ensuring updates are properly implemented and communicated.

Supporting Engine & APU Maintenance : work with CFM56-5B engines, 131-9A and APS3200 APUs, oversee maintenance, track engine and APU shop visits, and forecast future needs.

Providing Cross-Departmental Support : collaborate with Planning, MCC, and Transitions teams, offering technical expertise and assistance for troubleshooting, work packages, and maintenance events.

Driving Reliability & Cost Efficiency : perform reliability analyses to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency, helping reduce costs while maintaining high performance standards.

Monitoring Engine Health : track and assess engine health parameters and alerts to enable early issue detection and minimize downtime.

Managing Engine Transitions : oversee engine lifecycle from phase-ins to phase-outs, prepare end-of-lease documentation, and ensure smooth transitions between aircraft and powerplants.

Hands-On Maintenance Support : act as a technical representative during aircraft base maintenance events, providing expertise and ensuring work is carried out according to plan.

What you’ll bring A Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in an Engineering environment within CAMO; powerplant experience is a plus.

Familiarity with A320 aircraft and experience working with AIRBUS & CFM manuals and data sources.

Fluent English is essential; Spanish is highly recommended.

Solid understanding of EASA regulations.

Experience with AMOS, our maintenance management system.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and service-oriented mindset.
