We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Front-End to join our Network Intelligence area. As a Future Connections Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Telco engineers and software developers responsible for building cross-platform applications for network optimisation automation, performance monitoring and evaluation, data analytics and visualisation, using the latest data science techniques and software development best practices.
Responsibilities Front-End : Functional development using TypeScript, including the creation of reusable and customisable components, libraries, and hooks for modern web applications.
Building scalable and maintainable interfaces using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
UI / UX development using TailwindCSS, applying responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Applying best practices in testing, code quality, and performance optimisation.
Leveraging AI-assisted design and coding tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate prototyping, improve UI / UX, and enhance code quality.
Depending on the project, you may work on integrating AI / ML models into front-end applications, such as predictive dashboards, conversational interfaces, or intelligent UI features.
You may also be involved in building interactive dashboards using data visualisation frameworks such as D3.js, Recharts, or Plotly, depending on project needs.
Back-End Developing with Python, using libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, and Numpy (to be confirmed based on project needs).
Working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Building and integrating microservices-based applications using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Linux, and AWS.
Environment and Work Model As part of your role, you will work in a collaborative, multivendor and multicustomer environment, contributing to projects for major wireless operators in Spain and across Europe. You’ll operate within virtualised and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and you will have the freedom to propose new tools, frameworks or methodologies to improve our applications. The position is based in Spain, and thanks to our flexible working model, you can choose whether you prefer to work fully remotely, in a hybrid format, or from the office.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Front-End development.
Strong experience in TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable, and testable front-end applications.
Experience with ReactJS or similar frameworks / libraries.
Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS for UI / UX development.
Proven experience using AI-assisted design and coding tools (e.g. Lovable, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar).
Professional experience in Back-End development with Python (Pandas, Numpy, FastAPI, Flask…).
Experience in building and integrating microservices-based applications with technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Linux, AWS, and scripting.
B2 level or higher in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have Experience in Telecommunications / Telco domain projects, especially related to network optimisation, monitoring, or analytics.
Experience integrating AI / ML models into front-end applications.
Knowledge of data visualisation frameworks (e.g. D3.js, Recharts, Plotly).
Basic experience in cloud environments (deploying, monitoring, or managing applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI / CD) and code quality tools (linting, testing frameworks, container security).
