We require on-site presence at our San Vito dei Normanni (BR) office one week 4 times / year

Salary Range :  €30,000 - €50,000

Key responsibilities

• Frontend Development :
• Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces with  React  and  TypeScript .
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional user experiences.
• Implement state management solutions and ensure maintainable, scalable code.
• Backend Development :
• Build scalable and secure APIs using  Python  and  Django .
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries in  PostgreSQL .
• Contribute to microservices development with  Python  and  Golang  where appropriate.
• Configure and manage  AWS cloud infrastructure  and services.
• Integrate with external APIs.
• AI-Driven Development (Vibe Coding) :
• Collaborate with AI coding assistants to generate, refactor, and maintain production-quality code — with at least  75% of development AI-assisted .
• Focus on  architecture, orchestration, and refinement  rather than manual coding.
• Design effective prompts, review AI outputs, and ensure generated code meets performance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Continuously evolve internal best practices for human–AI collaboration and “vibe coding” workflows.
