You will :

  • Build our global marketing strategy for PC and mobile games, owning the vision from initial launches through long-term growth.

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in games marketing with proven success in PC and / or mobile games (experience in both is highly desirable).
  • Track record of launching and sustaining at least one successful title globally for 2+ years.
  • Broad expertise across marketing disciplines : brand, community, PR / communications, partnerships, and user acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming audiences, player lifecycles, and monetization models (F2P, subscription, premium, live ops).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • You Might Have

  • Experience with console titles in addition to PC / mobile.
  • Background in community-driven marketing (influencers, esports, streaming, social activations).
  • Familiarity with global go-to-market campaigns and regional market strategies.
  • Experience sustaining long-lived games (MMOs, strategy, RPGs, or other multi-year performers).
  • What We Expect

  • You will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for PC and mobile games, covering brand, community, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
  • Drive launches & updates : oversee high-impact marketing campaigns for new game releases and major updates, ensuring strong awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Sustain long-term success : develop marketing programs that maintain visibility, grow player communities, and extend the lifecycle of games over multi-year spans.
  • Shape and evolve the positioning, messaging, and creative direction of each title, ensuring campaigns resonate with global gaming audiences.
  • Partner with community and social teams to foster vibrant, loyal player communities and amplify word-of-mouth.
  • Oversee Growth & UA : provide direction for user acquisition and paid campaigns as part of broader integrated marketing strategies.
  • Lead & inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Use insights from analytics, attribution, and player behavior to optimize campaigns and ensure measurable results.
