Overview
HSQE Managers are critical to ensuring the correct quality and environmental management of a company's activities, occupational health and safety of clients' employees and contractors in various business units. They supervise, coordinate, and participate in the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems, ensuring legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Developing an excellent HSEQ culture, resources, implementing, and maintaining processes to ensure an HSEQ management system aligned with business requirements
- Conducting HSEQ legal compliance audits, developing and / or adapting risk assessments and / or work instructions to local legislation, identifying and complying with legal and customer requirements
- Developing and delivering HSEQ training, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving HSEQ integrated management systems under ISO 45001 : 2018, ISO 14001 : 2015, and ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements
- Supporting and leading the implementation of preventive culture and HSEQ campaigns
- Managing HSEQ aspects in company projects
- Supporting in tendering and contract revision aspects related to HSEQ
- Reporting and collaborating with the global HSEQ area
- Controlling and managing PPE relevant to the company's activity
- Controlling and auditing subcontractors in HSEQ matters
- Ensuring correct reporting and investigation of accidents
- Controlling calibrated tools
- Waste management according to local legislation
