We seek a data-driven and solution-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Analytics & Benefits Specialist. This role combines strategic insight with operational excellence, supporting both analytical initiatives and benefits operations across multiple countries.

The role

We are seeking a data-driven and solution-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Analytics & Benefits Specialist. This role combines strategic insight with operational excellence, supporting both our analytical initiatives and benefits operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Contribute to the development of our analytical strategy
  • Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards providing insights across the employee lifecycle, performance, turnover, DEI, engagement, compensation, and benefits utilization
  • Analyze data from employee surveys, exit interviews, and ad hoc feedback
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and process improvements
  • Benefits Operations
  • Manage day-to-day benefits processes for assigned countries
  • Liaise with vendors for enrollment, renewals, invoicing, and service escalations
  • Lead open enrollment cycles, including communications and employee support
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures
  • Benchmark benefits and provide analysis ahead of annual renewals
  • Implement new benefits and independently lead related projects
  • Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, benefits administration, or a similar HR role
  • Proven experience working with HR data and administering employee benefits
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting / dashboard tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including renewals and cost / utilization analysis
  • Experience with process automation, data integrity, and HR system optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to interpret HR and benefits data and drive insights
  • Ability to clearly communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders and manage cross-functional and vendor relationships
  • Collaborative skills with HR business partners, vendors, payroll, legal, and finance teams
  • Understanding of benefits processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends across multiple regions (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HCM platforms (preferred)
