• About the role :
• Reporting to the Regional Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will lead deployment and maturity of the
• REX Reliability Program
• across European sites.
• Core Activities :
• With your strategic leadership experience, you will drive execution of
• equipment management strategies
• , integrating reliability into daily operations.
• You will provide
• functional leadership
• for reliability engineering in refineries, smelters, and mines.
• One of your key responsibilities will be to standardize and elevate practices such as
• RCA, FMEA and RCM
• Developing and maintaining
• loss accounting systems
• will help you to track and reduce production losses.
• By building trust and influence through
• hands-on support and coaching
• at plant level, you will promote a
• proactive reliability culture
• , shifting mindset from reactive to preventive.
• Your analytical skills will help you to use
• data analytics, CMMS, and digital dashboards
• to drive decisions and improvements.

• With your Senior mechanical / reliability engineering background, you will be able to ensure all site-level reliability plans are aligned with
