Role and team
The Operations Coordinator role is based in France, Belgium, or Spain and works within a team of 50+ Operations across our countries. The role focuses on a subset of services we deliver (e.g., claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic) with core responsibilities comprising conducting day-to-day operations, monitoring activities, and identifying risks and opportunities. You may join a pool and explore different scopes over time.
The Run organization focuses on delivering at scale our insurance and health services, building platform and operational capabilities, and ensuring delight and efficiency. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care, and other teams.
Responsibilities
Operate our insurance or health services processes (Ops Runner).Day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operations.Flag risks and opportunities and contribute to prioritization.Provide ongoing process improvements (approx. 20–30% of the time) through automation, better external communication, auditing, etc.Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators) and maintain business continuity via regular communication.Perform controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs.In detail : missions
Operate processes : invoicing, claims treatment, provider network management, and internal support through documentation.Define and own monitoring of volumes, efficiency, SLAs, risks, and improvements with internal or service providers.Supervise partnerships and participate in negotiations to ensure continuity.Conduct training and quality controls, escalating feedback and prioritizing initiatives to improve services.Implement continuous improvements across processes and automation tools.Experience and skills

Operating processes and services for scale-up companies or in industrial / logistics sectors.Experience in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations, etc.).Customer-facing commercial experience (e.g., account management, customer success communications).Event coordination.Skills
Passionate about delivering and optimizing top-notch operations; willing to get hands dirty to improve processes.Problem-solver with a deep-dive mindset focused on member and customer satisfaction.Highly organized with strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal English and French (C1+).Independent, fast-paced learner; adaptable to changing situations.Nice to have : experience in insurance or healthcare; analytics skills to analyze data.Perks & Benefits
