The Opportunity
We are hiring a talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Client Sales team in Madrid, focusing on the UKI market.
Your Impact
- Engage prospects and identify clients to contact via phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
- Collaborate with the sales team and educate them on details of opportunities
- Manage expectations and overcome objections
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Demonstrate the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of our company’s mission
- Become the “go-to” person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies
- Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events
- Live the mission : inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your team’s
- Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance
Who You Are
A true team player who loves collaborating to achieve both group and individual goalsTenacious and goal-oriented; proven experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management is a plusSelf-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organizationCoach-able as well as a visionaryStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to absorb data to create analytically based strategiesStrong communicator externally and internallyTenacious and goal-oriented with resilience to navigate a scale-upExperience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusA high affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing is a plusWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
