As part of our Managed Detection and Response department, your mission will be to help us provide the best-in-class services to our clients as they run. By accompanying the client with the management of their security devices, and by continuously improving our processes and operations capabilities, you will be helping make the customer’s life more secure. The Security Device Technician is responsible for handling cases, ensuring smooth security operations, and supporting health monitoring processes. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of security infrastructure by providing technical support, improving automation, and ensuring timely case resolution.

Your Responsibilities will be to :
Serve as the first point of contact to help resolve device health issuesPerform log sources maintenance and other recurrent tasksUtilize and suggest improvements to our automation playbooksParticipate in the effort of building and maintaining Standard Operations Procedures to manage security devicesHelp manage the configuration and monitor the health of customers’ security devices. You will do this by responding to and resolving, in a timely manner, clients’ requests such as service requests, change requests or operational incidentsEscalate complex cases to level 2 security device engineers with all necessary informationUpdate security devices according to service roadmap and guidance from the Platform engineering groupGrow and maintain your knowledge of our products and services portfolioThis role involves :
Understanding the business and environment of our customersFrequent contacts with customers at both technical and managerial levelsInternal transversal interactions with various groups (Operational Analysts, Platform Engineers, Integration Engineers, DevOps…)Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Detection and Response service and ultimately make our customers’ lives more secure.
You are :
Able to analyze and resolve platform-related issues effectivelyWilling to investigate and understand platform related issuesA team-player who can collaborate in a high-paced security operations environmentAt ease with solving problemsDynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAutonomous, self-taught, and transparentYou have :
A CFC in computer scienceExperience in IT security, networking, or related fieldsExperience with both Linux and Windows operating systemsSpanish in EnglishThese would be a plus :
