Our client is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents in the vibrant city of Madrid! Join the Airplus project as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. You\'ll assist clients in resolving transaction and credit card inquiries, primarily in German, through phone and email.

What will you do?

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
• Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
• Provide support via phone and email
• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
• Work Monday to Friday, 9 : 00–20 : 00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
