Senior Hospitality Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and execution of various hospitality and food service projects across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in design management, specifically within the F&B and hospitality sectors. A strong portfolio showcasing successful F&B and hospitality design projects is essential, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of F&B and hospitality spaces to ensure alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create integrated design solutions.
• Management of design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
• Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies.

Prior experience working with sustainable design practices in the F&B and hospitality sectors is also desirable. Knowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality is essential, as well as familiarity with construction processes and vendor management.
