Technical Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in physics, biomedical engineering, computer science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related areas.
Proficient in Python for data manipulation, model development, and experiment tracking.
Experience in end-to-end ML projects, from data collection to production-level deployment (ONNX, ONNXRuntime, quantization)
Experience with image segmentation, object detection, and other computer vision tasks.
Experience with medical imaging (CT and MRI), PyTorch / TensorFlow, medical image NIfTI format and git is preferable
Must be proficient in spoken and written English knowledge of C++ is a plus
