About Us

At Dojo, as part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire the best talent in the market.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in scaling our team and shaping our culture. You will :

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and advise on hiring strategies.

Source and engage high-quality candidates using a range of tools and creative approaches.

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.

Support employer branding initiatives to position Dojo as a great place to work.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our processes.

Collaborate with People and Culture to support onboarding and talent development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced environments or startups.

Proven experience in sourcing and closing diverse talent across different functions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactivity, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Teamtailor, etc.).

Fluency in English and Spanish.
