ABOUT THE ROLE
Your tasks will include :
Identify and source highquality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process : creating job ads screening job applications phone interviews video screening candidate testing conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
- Provide a worldclass candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs emeetups etc.
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

4 years of experience preferably including inhouse within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fastgrowing tech environment is a plus.A degree in Business Psychology Law or similar fieldC1 or Native English level other languages are a plus.Experience working with ATS systemsA solid understanding of Fevers vision business model and operations.Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.BENEFITS
