Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural alignment.

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.

Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement.

Contribute to diversity sourcing efforts and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.

Participate in sourcing events, job fairs, and online talent communities to enhance talent pools.

Strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiarity with ATS tools e.Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities

Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven in approach

1–3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
