Overview

Founded in 2019, Rock Bund Capital is a proprietary trading firm deeply committed to shaping the future of the cryptocurrency industry. We have an average daily trading volume exceeding $1 billion and peak daily trading volume reaching $5 billion. We process over 7 million transactions daily, trading more than 1,000 symbols across multiple CEx and DEx. Our CEx activity is primarily focused on top-tier platforms, where we hold the highest VIP status. In DeFi, we provide liquidity to more than 20 most popular protocols across different chains. Our team combines expertise in traditional finance, quantitative research, and advanced engineering with a deep understanding of blockchain technology to excel in trading across complex crypto markets, including both CeFi and DeFi, while providing capital and strategic guidance to projects that drive innovation and foster sustainable growth in the crypto industry.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain our low latency, high-frequency execution engine and order management system in C++.
  • Optimize the entire order execution path and enhance execution algorithms (e.g., VWAP, TWAP, Liquidity Seeking, etc.), minimizing latency and market impact at every stage (network, kernel, application, etc.).
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate mathematical models and strategies into efficient code.
  • Optimize existing trading systems to ensure low latency and high throughput.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in the system.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and development efficiency.

Who You Are

  • EU timezone based, fluent English speaking, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in C++ programming language with 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Experience with other programming languages, Python is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
  • Experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) system development is a plus.
