Role :
As a Hemmersbach Technician you will be a direct customer contact for various requirements
- You will help users with their problems and requests,
- You will analyses errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- You will log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system
Requirements :
Minimum of two to three (2-3) years with direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experienceAbility to build relationshipsExcellent time management skillExperience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsSolid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)Hold a driver's licenseBenefits :
