Korn Ferry is looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist to join our Life Science client.
In this role, you will support end-users across Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce Sales Cloud and assisting with omnichannel initiatives involving Marketing Cloud. Acting as the bridge between commercial teams and technical functions, you'll play a key part in user adoption, training, data quality, and project rollouts.
Provide hands-on end-user support for Salesforce Sales Cloud
Support campaign and project launches with Sales and Marketing teams
Drive user adoption through training, coaching, and documentation
Maintain data quality and reporting standards
Manage CPQ processes and provide first-line support
5+ years in a Salesforce Admin or CRM Support role
~ Experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ is essential
~ Exposure to Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
~ Background in Life Sciences or Medical Devices preferred
