Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Italian (C2) and English (B2).
Training or experience in IT technologies / products, particularly Cloud solutions, Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows operating systems.
Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving.
