Descripción del trabajoA degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Systems is preferred. F-Gas Category I Certification is required for handling fluorinated gases. A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure is necessary. Experience with chillers and CRAH units, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
Lead Field Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Field Service Technician. In this position, you will provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Pursue comprehensive training at our headquarters.
- Oversee Preventive Maintenance and Service schedules.
- Conduct on-site quality Control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
- Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients.
- Be available to address emergency issues when on call.
- Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.
- Collaborate with various departments for product development and improvement.
