Descripción del trabajoProven experience in website maintenance, development, or a similar role. Proficiency in managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with website hosting platforms, security protocols, and SEO best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Passion for animal welfare and understanding of PFAM’s mission is a plus.
Functions and Tasks :
- As a Website Maintenance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our website remains functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly. You’ll be responsible for managing content updates, resolving technical issues, improving site performance, and ensuring an excellent online experience for our visitors.
- Regularly update website content, including event announcements, new cat profiles, and promotions.
- Monitor and resolve website issues (e.g., broken links, errors, or slow loading times).
- Ensure all website integrations (e.g., booking system, payment gateway) are functioning properly.
- Optimize the website for performance, speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new features or design updates as needed.
- Maintain website security, perform backups, and manage updates (plugins, themes, etc.).
