Mission :

Oversee EMEA Digital projects for the Fluidra Digital Ecosystem of products and services, act as a buffer between the team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.

The main purpose of this role is lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, and you'll be reporting directly to the Agile Office Manager based in Spain (Sant Cugat) in order to develop a consistent product, service strategy and value propositions.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the projects
• Facilitate the required ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement and planning
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team
• Work closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritized
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset
• Provide updates on status / progress
