📞 Be the go-to expert for customer questions via phone, chat, or email

💡 Guide users through solutions with patience, empathy, and clarity

🛠 Spot issues and solve them—or escalate when needed

🎙 Represent the brand’s tone : friendly, human, and efficient

🗂 Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date

🤝 Collaborate with other teams to improve support processes

✅ What we’re looking for :

🗣 Native-level Dutch speaker (C2); other languages are a plus

📞 Previous customer service experience is a bonus

💬 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🤗 Empathy and people-first mindset

🧠 Fast learner with a passion for tech

🇪🇸 Willing to relocate and available to start in September, October, or November 2025
