Role Overview :

We are expanding our advertiser partnerships across North and Latin America, with a focus on performance marketing and mobile ads. We're hiring a Demand Sales Specialist to help us grow our presence among affiliate clients, direct advertisers, and CTV buyers.

This role is commission-based, and we welcome both freelance / part-time candidates and those interested in transitioning into a full-time role. A base salary can be discussed based on your experience and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and manage  advertisers, agencies, media buyers , and  CTV demand clients
  • Develop partnerships in  CPA, CPI, CPM, and CTV programmatic campaigns
  • Handle client communication and collaborate with internal ops / product teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
  • Stay informed on  CTV trends, OTT inventory, and programmatic ad buying behavior

Requirements :

  • Experience in  digital ad sales , especially  affiliate, performance, or CTV media
  • Fluent in  Portuguese / Spanish and English
  • Solid understanding of  performance metrics and programmatic ecosystems
  • Prior relationships with  brands, advertisers, DSPs, agencies, or publishers  is a big plus
  • Available during LATAM time zones
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
