Digital Data Engineer

Digital Data Engineer- Location : BarcelonaSanofi is hiring key contributors to onboard Sanofi Digital transformation journey and to embrace the Digital capabilities. SAP systems are a key component of this digital transformation. SANOFI has an important number of SAP systems, and one of the main objectives of the SAP HUB is to extract, union and provide data of these SAPs for the different consumers (Data Foundations, Data Products, IA, Reporting, …).The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in data modelling, data engineering, with also a knowledge on SAP technical aspects.Main responsibilities : - Develop and maintain all components of data engineering solutions and pipelines based on requirements and design specifications using appropriate tools and technologies- Optimize solutions (ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) / data pipelines) to balance performance, functionality, cost, and other operational requirements- Work with business and products actors inside a team following Agile methodology to understand and decompose high level business requirements, and translate them into technical needs and implement them- Develop automated tests for CI / CD pipelines- Create design and development documentation based on standards for knowledge
