We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead our offshore team from Madrid, Barcelona, or Lisbon. You will work across UK / EU projects, building out the off-shore team and driving daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility and lead from the front.

Responsibilities Proven experience leading complex enterprise scale projects

Hands-on experience with Salesforce from a functional view

Consulting background essential

Experience leading / managing teams and workload

Fluent English & native Spanish / Portuguese speaking

Relevant certifications across Salesforce / Delivery

Proficient communicator with strong commercial acumen

Industry experience in built environment / professional services (bonus)
