Overview
We are looking to incorporate into our Sales Department an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Germany .
Reporting to the Head of the Commercial Department, the ASM will be responsible for business development and market prospecting in Germany, supported by the headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales growth through market opportunity identification, customer segmentation, and action planning to achieve targets.
- Visit and meet with key agents and potential customers in the assigned market, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and major accounts in the area.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Act as a liaison between the market and headquarters for any technical customer requirements.
- Conduct market research, participate in sales strategies, and gather customer feedback.
Requirements
Languages : Native German or C2 level (a test will be conducted).Strong command of spoken and written English.Other languages will be valued.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.Experience in the electronics or industrial tools sector will be valued.Residence in Germany.Dynamic, proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to learn and adapt.What we offer
