We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep contractual expertise and the ability to build strategic relationships, navigate complex agreements, and drive alignment between commercial objectives and procurement strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various service and procurement contracts for renewable energy construction projects. This includes working closely with the Procurement Department to align sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize service and procurement contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Analyze and interpret contract clauses, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Act as the primary liaison between our organization and suppliers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Resolve contractual disputes and manage claims, protecting our interests.
