  • Job Description Summary :
  • For our Legal Department in Vector Renewables, we are looking for a Legal Trainee, based in Madrid This is a full-time internship position for students who have recently graduated or just at the very end of their degree / masters. Who we are : We are a Legal Department made up of 6 members in which intense work prevails in a good environment. Collaboration between team members and continuous learning are our hallmarks. We are looking for bright, motivated, and competitive candidates with a "get the job done" attitude and a desire to learn. Someone who exhibits initiative, creativity and passion.
  • The position will be based in Madrid.
  • Duration : the internship lasts 6-12 months##
  • Job Description :
  • The candidate will be involved in the day- to-day running of the department including :
  • Corporate tasks (drafting minutes of the Board of Directors, Shareholders Agreements, drawing up and approval of annual accounts etc), including arrangements with the Public Notary and Companies House;
  • NDA review;
  • Supporting in the drafting, negotiating and formalization of all kind of agreements (EPC Agreement, O&M Agreements, Supply agreements etc);
  • Due Diligence and Red Flag Reports;
  • Support to restructuring process and change of ownership etc.

  • What we’re looking for :
  • Degree in Law or at least studying the last year of such degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • High level of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proactivity, teamwork attitude and exceptional professionalism and work ethic;
  • Strong business judgement and common sense;
  • Willing to learn about corporate matters, contracting and deal with Public Administrations, all in relation with renewable energy projects.
