About the job :

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a retail and digital transformation project within a dynamic and technical environment.

The selected professional will be responsible for managing integration flows and application support activities , ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of business applications.

You will work closely with IT, business, and technical teams to coordinate support activities, handle incidents, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure seamless application performance across multiple systems.

English fluency is mandatory , and French is a strong plus .

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Level 2 / 3 application support , mainly on Cegid Y2 , and coordinate the activities of the support team.
  • Manage integration flows , incident handling, and production deployments.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and corrective or evolutionary maintenance actions.
  • Prepare test plans , ensure monitoring and reliability of data exchanges between applications.
  • Support and train users through documentation, workshops, and user training sessions .
  • Guarantee quality of deliverables through procedures, reports, and action tracking.

What we are looking for :

Must-have :

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical application support , ideally within the retail sector .
  • Strong command of Cegid Y2 (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both business users and technical teams.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Nice-to-have :

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following systems : OMS, SFCC, WMS .
  • Previous experience in retail digitalization or integration environments .
  • Working knowledge of French .
  • Ability to lead small teams and manage priorities under dynamic conditions.
