Responsibilities

Analyze and comprehend business needs and requirements to provide strategic solutions for the hotel group.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project requirements.

Develop and maintain requirement documentation, including scope, objectives, functional specifications, and use cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Work with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements.

Participate in the planning and coordination of testing and quality assurance.

Monitor and control project progress, identifying and reporting deviations or problems.

Collaborate with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to understand business drivers and scope of projects.

Support and facilitate workshops across various functions in business and technology to elicit requirements and redefine processes.

Write detailed user stories and use cases aligned with an Agile / sprint-based development methodology.

Document and maintain process maps, procedures, and policies.

Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and obtain formal sign‑off of requirements from all key stakeholders.

Work closely with software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified.

Perform estimation for analysis deliverables, ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.

Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including milestone status and risk / issue transparency.

Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes.

Train and support end‑users on new or improved processes.

Qualifications

At least four years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large, complex, multinational organization.

Extensive experience across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Excellent level of English with good communication skills (oral & writing); English fluent at negotiation level.

Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast‑changing, demanding environment.

Experience in the hospitality sector and / or a background in international organizations.

Collaborative attitude and experience working remotely in multicultural teams across different countries.

Leadership and communication skills at least at director level.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Relations, or IT‑related fields.

Recognized Business Process Management qualification is preferable.

Location Madrid (other Spain locations are acceptable).
