BI Lead Analyst

Responsibilities :

Prepare product / API dossiers including market sizing, pricing / ASP, competition, exclusivity expiration indicators, regulatory status, and suppliers. Build and maintain dashboards in Qlik Sense and recurring reports for Business Development, Commercial, and R&D teams. Integrate, clean, and reconcile data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and traceability. Manage and prioritize incoming analysis requests, track progress, and consolidate deliverables. Provide insights and visualizations for business case documentation in collaboration with BD and R&D.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Science), Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry), or related fields. 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy with pharma clients. Strong command of Qlik Sense : data modeling, dashboard creation, version control, and publication. Advanced Excel : pivot tables, Power Query, data cleaning, and consolidation. Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources (e.G., IQVIA, Cortellis / Clarivate);
• ability to understand coverage, limitations, and use cases. Ability to support strategic analysis and initiative selection for portfolio expansion. Solid skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support portfolio selection and new product development. Ability to translate business requirements into data models that support strategic decision-making. Experience working cross-functionally to ensure analytical robustness and business relevance. Professional proficiency in English;

legal residency and work permit in Spain. Python for light automation (pandas, reporting) – nice to have, not mandatory. Basic knowledge of exclusivity expiration indicators (patents, SPCs, regulatory) and their commercial implications. Familiarity with Power BI (limited use) and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint). Experience standardizing templates / SOPs and implementing quality review workflows.
