What You’ll Do

Act as a strategic pillar to the Sales teams, enabling them to target prospects with aligned messaging.

Grow your database and manage segmentation to support lead qualification.

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including webinars, industry events, email campaigns, and social media activities.

Develop and roll out business cases with Sales Managers and leverage them through multi-channel campaigns.

Adapt and localize marketing materials (presentations, brochures, infographics, website content)

Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or project management (experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or SaaS is a strong plus).

Results-driven, organized, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and internationally.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing performance.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact.

Native level of French with good English communication skills (written and spoken).
