FUNCTIONS
In this role, based in Madrid, you will report to the Spain Sales Director and manage the region of Madrid and Occidental Andalucia. You will focus on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients while also developing new clients and markets.
Manage and develop the current client portfolio
Increase sales, contribution margin, SKUs, product ranges, and share of wallet of current clients
Capture new clients
Act as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions through our self-adhesive solutions
Build long-term relationships with accounts
Pivot inside the organization to provide distinctive service levels to our clients
Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local market
Requisites
Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts
Demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)
Commercial attitude and strong customer orientation
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights on the market / business
Previous experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers (wine, cosmetics, household and personal care, food)
Experience in self-adhesive labels, packaging, printing, or related sectors is a plus
High energy, teamwork approach, and excellent communication skills
Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
