A global Microsoft partner is seeking an experienced D365 CE consultant to support their customer transformation initiatives. This role focuses on the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Service, and Customer Insights, with projects spanning marketing, pricing, commerce, and service domains. You’ll lead or contribute to CRM implementation efforts across the full lifecycle from discovery to enablement collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise clients across all project stages : requirements definition, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support
- Lead functional and technical workshops and document solution specifications
- Deliver tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with customer experience strategies
- Analyse and improve business processes using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (including Copilot)
- Collaborate in agile delivery teams and use tools such as Azure DevOps
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Candidate Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplineStrong expertise in CRM and Customer Experience with deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Customer Insights)Proven experience in CRM implementations and business process optimisationSeniority level
