Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Asset Performance Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. As an Asset Performance Coordinator, you will play a central role in optimizing the performance of our renewable energy assets across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring : Analyze asset performance through our advanced SCADA system, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Integration Management : Coordinate the integration of new projects into our SCADA platform, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis : Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), production, availability, and incidents, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Databases Management : Develop, update, and manage internal databases using SQL and Power BI, streamlining data access and analysis.
  • Process Improvement : Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing and maintaining procedures, methods, and internal tools, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Communication : Prepare and deliver monthly internal project performance reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  • Troubleshooting : Supervise telecommunications troubleshooting with providers for the assets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess :

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management.
  • Proven experience in asset performance optimization, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
