Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.
This role involves maintaining the stability and efficiency of IT systems, providing technical assistance, infrastructure management, and compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international virtual team environment.
- Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
- Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support : Provide timely and effective technical support to users, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, and network issuesInfrastructure Management : Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data securityTraining and Onboarding : Develop and deliver IT onboarding and training programs for new staff and doctorsProject Coordination : Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvementsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industryProficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesStrong knowledge of Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNExperience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT toolsExperience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / AutopilotExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plusExcellent communication skills in English language. Full professional proficiency both written and verbal required.
