Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.

This role involves maintaining the stability and efficiency of IT systems, providing technical assistance, infrastructure management, and compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international virtual team environment.

  • Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
  • Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Technical Support : Provide timely and effective technical support to users, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
  • Infrastructure Management : Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
  • Training and Onboarding : Develop and deliver IT onboarding and training programs for new staff and doctors
  • Project Coordination : Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / Autopilot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English language. Full professional proficiency both written and verbal required. Swedish and / or Spanish is a plus
  • Social & communicative, diplomatic, able to work in an international virtual team environment

  • Ability to adapt to a multi-disciplined work environment
  • Control and coordinate complex technical situations and challenges in a calm and professional manner
  • High level of energy and can handle stress
