Lead Business Analyst – Airlines Industry

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Airlines Industry to lead the analysis and implementation of business requirements related to Order Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC), and One Order standards. This role will also involve defining and supporting the integration of Order Manager with the Passenger Service System (PSS).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis of business requirements for Order Manager in alignment with IATA standards.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Order Manager capabilities meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Define and oversee the integration of Order Manager with the PSS.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Support testing, validation, and change management processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer across teams.
