The Job

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be in charge of clarifying the customers’ requests via chat. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your daily work will include tasks like these :

  • Handle chat inqueries for a FinTech app for B2C (no phone calls, only chat)
  • Provide ongoing support for end users on the online banking app
  • Assist in setting up and managing accounts
  • Ensure successful client onboarding with a smooth transition when opening an account
  • Identify fraud indicators and escalate alarming cases to compliance officers
  • Investigate payment dispute cases, analyse and resolve the issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while retaining them
  • Actively identify and escalate customer issues to improve internal processes and enhance the customer journey
  • The Profile

  • You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Need bachelor, MBO3, MBO4 at least
  • You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
  • Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
